On March 27, 2018 the RALF RINGER company announced the beginning of cooperation with VERME, developer company of the system of the same name which is engaged in "thrifty" planning of working schedules of sellers.
The RALF RINGER company completed a pilot project on the implementing solution VERME in 5 shops. Using a system more exact forecasting of a flow of clients and an output under it the necessary number of personnel became possible. Based on a pilot project, conversion "the visitor — purchase" grew by 5.8%, and the general gain of revenue made 3.4 million rubles. RALF RINGER made the decision to scale service on 70 shops of network.
Before cooperation with VERME planning of diagrams of personnel in RALF RINGER was performed in the manual mode. During the project it was revealed in what specifically the moments and time frames the company spends excess man-hours namely when the personnel leave in change, but its presence is not required. On the basis of it working schedules of employees were optimized. As a result, in "pilot" shops increase in conversion is recorded. It is expected that after scaling of the project on all shops of network, the increase in productivity on 1 man-hour will be about 10%.
"In retail practice it is rather difficult to predict the moments of peak loading and recessions and also to precisely define when it is required to display more personnel and when it is less. Especially it is difficult to make it manually, it is required to consider a set of the factors affecting the need for personnel for shops of network. Now we receive the universal solution which allows to calculate the need for employees on the basis of forecasts for traffic of each shop and also other necessary processes. We can also flexibly manage working time in the changing situation and quickly control actions for adjustment of working schedules on places".
