The system integrator Haytek announced on April 2, 2018 end of the joint Eastera project with the telecom operator on creation multimedia contact center for Tax committee at the Government of the Republic Tajikistan.
During the project in department the contact center based on the solution Avaya Elite Multichannel allowing to accept and process the voice messages and addresses arriving by e-mail and through chats was constructed and also the Avaya WFO Select system for monitoring of interactions of tax inspectors with taxpayers is implemented.
The Avaya contact center is unrolled on the existing information systems of Tax committee of the republic. The platform collects and processes statistics on all types of addresses that creates conditions for acceptance of operational and strategic decisions on management of contact center. Besides, the solution integrated by specialists of Haytek allows to wage campaigns of outgoing call-down, and the implemented functionality of record of voice addresses gives the chance to control service quality of calls.
The implemented Avaya WFO Select system represents the scalable, flexible and safe platform for record of the entering and outgoing calls.
