On March 29, 2018 the Technologies of the Future company announced system implementation of queue management of NeuroniQ at "The Moscow state medico-dental university".
Implementation of an electronic queue of NeuroniQ was made in two clinics of the Moscow dental university.
Installation of a management system for queue allowed to distribute patients of medical institution on Vuchetich Street on two organized queues in children's and adult department. A bit later queue was set also in stomatology on Dolgorukovskaya Street. Thanks to opportunities which are given by the NeuroniQ system patients of clinic will be able not only to spend more comfortably time waiting for the queue now, but also to express the opinion on quality of acceptance. The add-on module of quality evaluation is implemented in the form of questioning on the registration terminal here.
In addition, caring for time of visitors of clinics, specialists of Technologies of the Future company implemented a possibility of prerecording on appointment. Such measure will allow to plan time for visit of the stomatologist in time, convenient for the patient, in advance. Also the module of prerecording gives the chance to obtain information on visitors with a contact information and confirmation of the status of an appearance or not an appearance. Data retrieveds with possible marks from clients about the reason of absence and responses about acceptance can become the excellent tool for formation of policy of loyalty of visitors of medical institution.
