In January, 2018 in KUB Bank (the Credit the Urals Bank) the solution " ProgramBank.collecting " on the platform " ProgramBank.front office " automating business processes which accompany work of specialists in collecting problem and potentially problem debt of individuals is implemented.
The credit the Urals Bank is focused on a retail segment of clients, service of small and medium business. At the same time much attention is paid to implementation of progressive banking technologies and increase in level of automation of standard transactions. Among the last implemented technology projects — automation of collecting of arrears.
Using the solution " ProgramBank.collecting " managed to be provided:
- End-to-end interaction of all employees participating in work with problem debt.
- Automatic control of work of employees - planning of actions and problem definition according to the regulations adopted in Bank, control of accomplishment of tasks.
