On April 2, 2018 The First BIT company announced implementation "1C: Payroll and HR Management for Kazakhstan" in Fashion Retail Kazakhstan company that allowed to simplify daily work with personnel, to accelerate processes of acceptance dismissal of employees and also provided to the guide of the retailer tools for implementation of the effective HR policy.
Prerequisites of the Project
Fashion Retail Kazakhstan (Fashion Retail Kazakhstan LLP) - one of large retailers of clothes and accessories of the known brands in Kazakhstan. Earlier in the company for payroll and other charges the software product " was used by 1C. Enterprise 8. Accounting for Kazakhstan". Use only of this solution did not allow to adjust effective human resource management because of manual accomplishment of a number of tasks. For example, considerable time was taken by calculation of charges because of a large number of the dismissed-accepted employees and need to manually enter information on them in the database. Besides, in a system it was necessary to bring the individual and to carry out acceptance, and to enter data of the employee for printout of the employment contract separately in Word that was trudozatratno and inconveniently. By drawing up sheets in "1C: Accounting" it was necessary to put down monthly manually days it is long the absent employees, including dekretnitsa, etc. As a result drawing up one sheet for one shop with number of staff about 14 people took 10-12 min.
Project Tasks
The management of Fashion Retail Kazakhstan set a task as much as possible to automate daily routine work of staff of departments of accounting and the personnel and also to implement analysis tools on personnel structure, planning of the number of staff and reporting in different cuts.

Specialists of the Almaty branch of The First BIT company recommended to implement "1C: Payroll and HR Management for Kazakhstan" and to integrate the solution with the used 1C: Accounting for Kazakhstan". Within the project specialists of First BIT:
- The functionality of a system is adapted for specifics of the company.
- Original printed forms of documents are configured.
- The plan of data exchange from a system "is configured by 1C. Enterprise 8. Salary and personnel management for Kazakhstan" in "1C. Enterprise 8. Accounting for Kazakhstan".
Project Results
Among key project deliverables - creation of a uniform entry point of data of personnel records, at the expense of what:
- Charge time on the salary and charges of taxes is reduced.
- Time of a design of the new employee thanks to automatic data transfer of the employee from "1C: Payroll and HR Management" in a template of the employment contract is reduced.
- Time of drawing up the sheet is reduced to 1 minute. Data are entered once (at transfer or at new change of the diagram of the employee), the sheet forms automatically on the basis of the entered data.
