Orange Business Services helped to optimize Wi-Fi a covering at Tetra Pak factory

On April 3, 2018 it became known that the international service provider Orange Business Services carried out complete radio inspection of the territory of smart factory Tetra Pak on production of packing materials in Lobnya. The network unrolled at factory provides to wi-fi corporate requirements and supports work of the technology network which is a part of strategy of the company on a didzhitalization of services and industrial automation. In particular, by means of Wi-Fi of network transfer of a command to pilotless loaders about end of the next production phase and readiness of a product for movement of the next stage is made.

Based on the conducted examination by specialists of Orange the set of guidelines for retrofitting of network by necessary quantity of access points and to their optimal placement in the territory of factory was developed that will provide a steady covering of Wi-fi with a radio signal of all territory of a production facility. It will allow Wi-Fi of network of the enterprise to conform to the production requirements imposed by the company for the subsequent connection of all pilotless machines of Tetra Pak factories to a single technology network on all 42 production facilities located worldwide.
