2021: Completion of automation of preparation of the reporting for the Central Bank
National Clearing Centre (further NKTs) completed the project on automation of preparation of the reporting provided in the Bank of Russia. On February 4, 2021 the Neoflex company |. As a result of automation reported about it the high-performance IT platform based on the product Neoflex Reporting included in the unified register of the Russian software is created. It provides the high speed of formation of a daily packet of reports taking into account 60 million transactions a day. The Neoflex company acted as the technology partner of the project.
Thanks to automation of process of preparation of the reporting time of receiving and information processing from systems sources was considerably reduced. Data loading takes no more than 35-40 minutes, and formation of a daily packet of the reporting – 10 minutes. At the same time users can quickly make necessary changes to them.
For the realization account more than 300 interuniform kontroly and kontroly qualities of data were minimized risks of providing the false reporting. Control of terms of providing report forms is provided at the expense of the convenient built-in calendar. And thanks to regular monitoring of changes of the legislation by Neoflex company, timely completion of forms is made. As a result of NKTs received the convenient tool in use which simplified process of drawing up and providing the reporting and at the same time minimized risks with high extent of influence.
The developed IT platform allows to hand over the reporting in regulatory authorities with the minimum intervention of users. Calculations are carried out in the automatic mode using approach of Data Platform which offers reconsideration of the traditional concept of the classical data warehouse using the Big Data technologies and approaches applied at creation of Data Lake-платформ. For data storage HDFS (Hadoop), and for processing the Spark platform supporting the distributed calculation in-memory is used. Possibilities of Hadoop and Spark on parallel processing of data provided high reliability and fault tolerance of a system and also allowed to lower equipment costs and the software.
For February, 2021 the platform gained the development – in NKTs automation of tax statements and financial monitoring is conducted, implementation of the solution on tax monitoring is planned further.
The created IT platform allows to exclude the probability of untimely providing the reporting. It positively affects our reputation which we very much value. For us it is the special project as taking into account the features connected with clearing activity of NKTs it was impossible just to take and implement any boxed solution. The complete involvement and united work of the NKTs command and experts of Neoflex was required. 2019: Process of preparation of the reporting accelerated three times
National Clearing Centre (NCC) shared on February 5, 2019 project deliverables on automation of the obligatory reporting, implemented in 2018 in cooperation with Neoflex company.
On a response of representatives of NKTs, as a result of the executed project process of preparation of the reporting in the organization accelerated not less than by 3 times. For February high-speed performance of a system makes about 120 minutes for calculation of the irregular interconnected shapes on volume about 60 million postings a day. Formation of a daily packet of reports is executed in 10–15 minutes instead of one hour. And Hadoop Neoflex Reporting Big Data the Edition system which is based on technologies can without special finance costs from the customer be scaled in need of future.
2018: Automation of obligatory and tax statements
On April 3, 2018 it became known that the National Clearing Centre (NCC) in cooperation with Neoflex company implemented the project on automation of obligatory and tax statements. Thanks to NKTs Big Data technologies significantly accelerated process of preparation of the reporting and received ready storage for analytics of Big Data (Data Lake) with financial information which can be used for tasks of development of analytics.
