"The Zagorsk pipe plant" announced on April 11, 2018 adoption of the strategy of development for the SAP ERP platform. A strategic objective the company sees systematic substitution of "not SAP" - systems modules of SAP and implementation of end-to-end planning. Expect to implement strategy at the plant within the next three years.

According to representatives of the enterprise, the adopted development strategy of SAP allows to place correctly priorities in sale of different modules of the platform and to redirect resources of business divisions and a project team on those points which are important to business. Strategy assumes several horizons of implementation of implementation — the next horizon, medium-term and long-term. So, one of points when implementing short-term initiatives is automation of setup and submission of reports on the VAT, income tax, ERSV, 4-FSS, 6-NDFL, 2-NDFL.

Strategy is accepted timely — for young business it important. A key task of the company even not at the level of SAP is long-term planning of production and full automation of all types of reportings. Until the end of the year we are going to deal with all organizational moments, such as transfer of the first level of support to key users, audit of NSI, setup and implementation of the reporting of BW, BI, BOBJ and some other implementations — the project manager of development of SAP Andrey Levikov told.

Result of strategy implementation the company sees stable work of all system modules and a full integration of SAP ERP with the systems of the class MES and LIMS, implementation of the module PM and IBP until the end of 2020.
