"The first OFD" passes to electronic document management

First OFD announced on April 12, 2018 the fiscal data operator introduction after the Federal Tax Service of electronic document management (e-document flow). All clients and partners of operator gradually will be transferred to the updated order of exchange of documents.

Most the organizations in the work use paper document flow for execution of transactions in the accounting system. Originals of documents should be printed, signed and sent by mail or the courier. This procedure occupies enough time and, besides, does not guarantee delivery of necessary papers — documents have property to be lost. Electronic document management will provide exchange of legally significant documents, invoices and other documents electronically through network internet that much quicker and more reliably. The qualified certificate electronic signature (EDS) issued by any certification center accredited will be applied to signing of electronic documents Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications Russia.

Transition to electronic document management — a compulsory measure which bears in itself only positive changes — the manager of projects of development and deployment of the First OFD Andrey Ananyev told. — It is possible to carry the speed of obtaining signed documents, a guarantee of delivery of the electronic document to the addressee according to requirements of the regulations regulating activity of operators of e-document flow to advantages of introduction of e-document flow. Besides, e-document flow will allow to optimize document flow in large holdings and will give the chance to work with any number of documents. At the same time it will be possible to save on compensation, supplies, mail and courier services.
