Biography

Rustam was born on September 14, 1952 in Almetyevsk TASSR.

In 1977 got an education at Moscow Institute of Petrochemical and Gas Industry (MINH and GP) in "Technology and comprehensive mechanization of development of oil and gas fields".

From 1970 to 1971 there was the pupil, the operator TSNIPR of NGDU Elkhovneft of software Tatneft.

From 1972 to 1975 worked as the senior laboratory assistant of TVF MINKH and GP.

In 1975 TSNIPR with NGDU Elkhovneft of software Tatneft acted on a position of the operator, well survey engineer. Worked for 1978.

In 1978 became the senior geologist of Geological and search office of Tatneftegazrazvedka Trust of software Tatneft. Worked on for 1981.

From 1981 to 1985 worked as the instructor of industrial and transport department Almetyevsk CPSU Group.

In 1985 and for 1998 worked as the secretary of Communist Party committee, the deputy chief on the personnel, life and social development, the deputy chief on social development, the deputy chief on the general questions of NGDU Elkhovneft of JSC Tatneft.

From 1998 to 2001 held a position of the chief of the Almetyevsk repair and construction management of JSC Tatneft.

For April 15, 2018 Rustam Nabiullovich Mukhamadeev works at a position of the deputy CEO for the personnel and social development of PJSC Tatneft.

Political activity

It was elected the deputy of the Almetyevsk joint Council of deputies.
