The First BIT company announced on April 19, 2018 carrying out the project on automation of key business processes in UK "Rezidens" for increase in cost efficiency.
Prerequisites of the Project
Before implementation start regulated accounting was kept in the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management program, but the functionality implemented in it could not solve a number of business challenges of the company. For example, project management at that time was implemented, and for the management it was important to obtain data by separate projects. In addition, there was a need to consider intra-corporate transactions in the "each department-separate virtual organization" format.
Project Objectives
The management of UK "Rezidens" created the following project objectives:
- to Create a possibility of job evaluation of each department and enterprise in general, profitability and profitability of projects and operational acceptance of management decisions on reporting analysis results, both on actual state, and about planned in the future;
- to Reduce labor input and to increase efficiency (speed, quality) of accounting;
- in general to pass to more standard solution at the expense of what to reduce the cost of support and to open more opportunities for business development.
Project Progress
For the solution of these tasks experts of the St. Petersburg branch of The First BIT company implemented the software product "BIT .FINANS. Managerial accounting". It is the flexible automation system which allows to reduce terms of preparation of the reporting, to raise accuracy of the data and controllability of business.
Specialists of the First BIT carried out modeling of business-processes, configured accounting model, executed completions of the software product regarding budgeting, treasury and management accounting and also developed data exchange mechanisms. The staff of Rezidens Management company got advice on final setup of a system according to the described model and detailed instructions on work with a system, was trained.
During the project the following works were performed:
- consulting support on setup of collecting of the fact and setup of the standard reporting Is given.
- Each department is selected in the separate organization. The document package on intra-corporate interaction is simulated. For reduction of work of users the processing allowing to expose counter documents at intraeconomic turnovers is created.
- Users got advice on adding end-to-end the analyst in a system and accounting on them.
- For simplification of work of users processing on automatic filling of a scale of charges of compensation is created.
- setup of collecting of the fact on VGO and a packet of the consolidation reporting Is simulated.
Project Results
Implementing solution allowed to estimate efficiency of the company in general and to keep track of profitability and profitability of separate projects and departments. Thanks to the First BIT the Rezidens Management company received the modern and convenient automation system of budgeting, treasury and management accounting.
