"The center of information technologies of the Volgograd region" implemented the largest World Data Centres in a public sector

On April 19, 2018 the company GreenMDC reported that in February, 2018 for executive authorities Volgograd of area it was brought into operation modular DPC, precollected on production that will allow executive authorities of the Volgograd region to expand the list of the services provided by the state for the population and also to increase their quality and availability. Modular data center it was made and set St. Petersburg by the producer World Data Centres of GreenMDC in partnership with the engineering company Sunline Engineering.

The modular DPC of FixedSizedMDC StandardOutdoor 32 started for executive authorities of the Volgograd region

As the customer on behalf of the Volgograd region GKU "Center of Information Technologies of the Volgograd Region" acted. In August, 2017 the "Delivery and Installation of the Modular Construction Equipped with a Complex of the Technical Systems, Intended for Placement of the IT Equipment of a Uniform Data Processing Center of Executive Authorities of the Volgograd Region" electronic auction which winner was Engineering Company Sunline Engineering LLC was held

In January, 2018 the modular DPC of FixedSizedMDC StandardOutdoor 32 was delivered and set on the platform, and in February acceptance and start are carried out to operation. Thus, in five months the modular DPC of fixed size expected installation of 26 server cabinets 600 mm wide and four cabinets 800 mm wide with payload in 160 kW was made and tested on production in St. Petersburg, then delivered to Volgograd where it was built and brought into operation.

The perimeter of modular DPC decorates the stylized panoramic view of the city of Volgograd, including its main attractions, such as memorial complex "Mamayev Kurgan", sculpture "Motherland", memorial estate "Battle of Stalingrad", a historical monument Mill of Gergardta.
