Burintekh (Lexema)

Within a system implementation project Lexema the following functionality was implemented:

• Electronic document management;
• Recording system of requests for manufacturing of products;
• Database maintenance of technology processes;
• Database maintenance of listed products
• Accounting of the movement of parts in production;
• Recording system of requests for manufacturing of products
• Work in progress accounting

Calculation of the plan:

• sales of products;
• start of parts in production;
• productions (the volume schedule taking into account arriving
• requests in real time);
• planned daily task;
• purchase of materials

Modules are in parallel developed and implemented:

• "The multidimensional analysis" (in it cubes "Finished product output" and "Operations with quality maps" are implemented)
• "Operational accounting of execution of operations, control, formation of documents of the movement on production using data collection terminals"
• "Control of execution of operations on production using tablet PCs"
