2018: Announcement of KDR Primary
On April 20, 2018 the Konica Minolta Healthcare company released the new system of digital roentgenography which can be used in orthopedic salons, offices of the family doctor and the centers of emergency aid.
KDR Primary has the easy wireless detector of 17 x 17 inches in size and broad range of movements which are provided by the swinging bracket rotating on 135 ° in both directions and moved on 39 inches in vertical direction. Besides, the detector of the device bends on 45 ° in two directions of other plane. In general the similar mobility provides convenience in treatment of the most different patients regardless of their body weight and allows to configure the tool easily. Bolshaya Square of the detector facilitates settings, allows to cover a big surface and reduces the frequency of errors when positioning the patient.
The mobility of the wireless flat panel detector allows to use it complete with a wall or desktop support depending on circumstances and to transfer between x-ray offices. Besides, the detector of this type can be charged continuously with small current thanks to what it is always ready to work.
KDR Primary allows to receive for several seconds the image in high resolution, providing detailed visualization of bones and soft fabrics at the same time. Thereby the satisfaction of patients who quickly receive results of diagnostic testing without the need for repeated holding a procedure increases.
The sizes of the new radiographic device allow to set it in the standard premises with a ceiling at the level of 2.5 meters. The company also notes that at the request of the buyer the set can include an additional rack and an application package for inspection of children.[1]
