"The optimum the Smart Engineering Systems" (Optimum of penal correction system) is the vertical cross-industry solution providing the optimal performance of industrial equipment, increase in term of its service, prevention of unplanned idle times and increase in security of the enterprise.

The solution Optimum of Penal Correction System is created based on the digital intellectual platform of industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) and corporate mobility the Optimum 5.0 included in the Unified register of the Russian software.

2018: Announcement

The Sidisi (CDC) group in April, 2018 presented the vertical cross-industry solution "Optimum Smart Engineering Systems" (Optimum of penal correction system).

According to Hussein of Az dawn, the president of Sidisi group, the domestic solution "Optimum of Penal Correction System" is capable to change the concept of operation of industrial equipment when the enterprise independently is engaged in its repair and service, and breakdowns and unplanned idle times become permanent "headache".

Implementation Optimum of penal correction system of which work the technology of industrial Internet of Things is the cornerstone will change provision of all participants of process — equipment manufacturer, the user and service organization, activity of each of them to more effective, meeting requirements of all concerned parties will allow to make. Opportunities for work Optimum of penal correction system in the standard and abnormal modes were shown on the example of the compressor equipment of Orelkompressormash group equipped with "smart" sensors. In the online mode sensors transferred data on temperature which were constantly analyzed regarding compliance to operating ranges to a system. In case of a deviation of indicators from regulation a system transfers sensors to a specific mode of work for collecting of the additional information. Further the scenario of reaction — corrective action is selected from the automatic or manual modes, or formation and sending the request for maintenance to service company with the subsequent control of its execution.

At corrective action Optimum of penal correction system sends a signal for accomplishment of certain actions — from reset before switching off of the equipment. When forming the request in service company a system considers location of the equipment, provides to the service engineer the scenario of actions, the history of repairs, the reference documentation and a route, selects a SPTA set and also saves all history of service for the purpose of the subsequent analysis and forecasting of further maintenance.

"The optimum of penal correction system" provides control of indicators and a condition of equipment, its operating time and resources of development in real time and also full control of all process of maintenance and repair, accumulates and analyzes collected information. At the same time sensors can transfer data on vibration, pressure, a consumption of air and many other parameters to a system, told in "Sidisi".
