The system integrator and Navicon developer optimized the complex analysis of sales of medical products and other goods in a pharmaceutical sales channel for the Russian subsidiary of the international producer of the medical products "Paul Hartmann" which is engaged in developments and the address of medical products and other goods.
The solution Navicon TDC allows Paul Hartmann LLC to collect and process quickly the reporting from all distributors and also to manage continuously master data Paul Hartmann. This 20th implementation of Navicon TDC – the system of own development Navicon – and one of the first projects within which a system is connected to Microsoft Azure cloud.
Growth of number of distributors of Paul Hartmann LLC in Russia resulted the company in need to make more convenient process of collecting, processing and information analysis about secondary sales. On data processing of analytics of the company spent too much time and resources. Besides, quite often there were mechanical errors, for example, duplication of data because of the wrong manual entry of information in Excel.
For optimization of the complex analysis of sales of Paul Hartmann LLC the solution Navicon TDC based on the Microsoft SQL Server is selected. Development of Navicon automates collecting and data analysis about secondary sales and goods returns to the supplier. The solution Navicon TDC is optimized for work in the market of the address of medical products taking into account long-term industry experience of integrator.
As a result of implementation of this project Paul Hartmann LLC received instruments of the optimization of information analysis about sales arriving from distributors – the algorithm of identification of an address bar on a Federal address system (Federal Information Address System/KLADR) will automatically recognize up to 90% of the addresses of outlets, and a system leads them to a uniform format.
Connection of the new accounting system of Paul Hartmann LLC to a cloud of Microsoft Azure will allow the company to save significantly on scaling of the solution with growth of business needs and will lower load of local IT infrastructure of the company. Besides, thanks to integration of a system with Azure cloud, the staff of the company gets access to effective tools of analytics.
