Rostelecom implemented a management system for sales of the AIS "Tenders"

In the spring of 2018 Rostelecom finished implementation of automated information system of sales management for participation in profitable purchases in segments of B2B and B2G (the AIS Tenders). A system was developed by Seldon PRO company.

The AIS "Tenders" is intended for automatic monitoring of purchases by certain parameters, including, on the region, the customer, a subject of purchase, NMTs of purchase, and readdressing of purchases to executives in charge in the relevant departments.

A system is constructed after hierarchical to the principle and allows to configure distribution of purchases by employees according to their professional competences. Access isolation to information provides the clearness of tender processes and simplifies control of all stages of work with purchases. Analytical reports help to react and increase quickly efficiency of a system for control of participation in procurement.

A system is implemented in the corporate center, in all branches and the child organizations of PJSC Rostelecom. In the Tenders system about 3,000 employees of the company work.

System implementation allowed to automate collection of information about profitable purchases and their distribution by employees that promoted reducing costs for administration of processes for 15%. Time for preparation of documentation due to generalization and the structured information storage about tenders in one service decreased, and the average time of response to purchase was reduced from 1.5 days till 9 o'clock.

The transparent analytics of participation of the company in purchases optimized processes of control of tender activity by heads of the divisions participating in purchases. The AIS "Tenders" allows to conduct system work with purchases and to predict efficiency of participation on the basis of earlier signed contracts and purchase plans. Centralization of examination on preparation of documentation increased availability of information on biddings to different divisions of the company.
