In Infinitum carried out reconciliation of the supervising reporting in the XBRL format for NPF

Sintegro consulting developed function of reconciliation of the reporting of NPF in the XBRL format for the software XBRL Factory

Sintegro consulting LLC and JSC Specialized Depositary Infinitum carried out by spring of 2018 the first reconciliation of the supervising reporting in the XBRL format for NPF. Reconciliation is performed based on the solution "XBRL Factory".

From 1 quarter 2018 all non-state pension funds (NSPF) are obliged to confirm the supervising statistical reporting (SSR) in the XBRL format before sending to the Central Bank of Russian Federation. Only specialized depositaries within function of control of activity of NPF can perform function of vising.

Experts of Sintegro consulting developed a reconciliation subsystem based on the XBRL Factory program for JSC Specialized Depositary Infinitum. All amount of works consists of three stages.

At the first stage the "Activities report on non-state pension provision" (the code of a form on OKUD 0420254) prepared by NPF independently in the XBRL format and sent to specialized depositary on reconciliation is loaded into the XBRL Factory system.

At the second stage, after receiving and processing of reports the NPF, XBRL Factory loads data for reconciliation from an internal system of accounting on each NPF.

At the third stage the automated reconciliation of the reporting is performed. In case of identification of significant discrepancies, the special department sends the protocol of reconciliation to NPF.

In the XBRL Factory program the mechanism of comparison of reports using which it is possible to exclude the discrepancies which are not significant in terms of control function is configured.
