2020: Inclusion in the Register of domestic software
The CUB platform developed by TechLAB company is included in the Register of domestic software. The company reported about it on November 9, 2020.
IT solution was approved by Expert advice according to the Russian software at the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation and since November 3 is included in the Unified register of domestic software at number No. 7116. CUB became the first product of the company in the field of education which was included into this register.
The platform is developed for continuous and operational training of employees in the state and commercial organizations. It allows to organize this process without separation of a command from working tasks and to considerably reduce corporate costs for external training.
CUB is "ecosystem" with the scalable knowledge base. In it any employee in time, convenient for it, and from any convenient device can work: the solution has mobile and deskstopny versions. It is possible to use the knowledge base as independently, and together with a command. According to the results of passing of modules in it it is possible to publish notes and to discuss information with colleagues. Thus, it at the same time both the systematized knowledge base, and communicative space in which there is an exchange of competences between different departments.
Also the CUB platform can be used for fast adaptation of new specialists in the company. Besides, it gives opportunities for control of knowledge of employees and automation different corporate and HR processes.
Inclusion of the platform of continuous training of CUB in the register of domestic software will allow to increase interest from the state customers. The demand of our solution in this market increased in modern conditions of remote work, and confirmation of a full compliance of our solution to all requirements of the state — a necessary step. 2018: Announcement of the CUB platform
The TechLAB IT company presented in May, 2018 the solution of own development in the field of distance corporate learning. The CUB platform allows to develop the employees, to hold training events and trainings directly in workplaces – as a result workflow does not stop, and the company does not spend excess funds for lease of halls and the training personnel.
The Russian market of online education made in 2017 more than 20 billion rubles, according to Vedomosti. From them 3 billion fell on a segment of corporate training – and, according to participants of the market of educational services, in Russia in the next years this digit will increase twice quicker, than abroad.
The popularity of distance corporate learning is explained by the fact that, unlike resident instruction, employees can pass online courses in the mode, convenient for them, including on the job – carrying out in parallel working tasks. The e-learning systems allow employers to save significantly on training of employees in third parties: correctly picked up LMS (Learning Management System) allows not only to organize carrying out training courses, but also to test employees, to estimate the level of their skills and competences.
The platform for electronic corporate training of CUB developed TechLAB is intended first of all for the companies with big staff or branched structure of branches. In such usually difficult and expensively to organize the centralized passing of internal rates and trainings.
Specialists from different departments differ in skills and knowledge, i.e. level of basic training, and their development requires studying of different materials. The SCORM rates set – modular structures with a set of trainings, occupations and webinars with which it is possible to get acquainted in any convenient sequence, depending on initial training of the student is provided in curricula of CUB.
In practice it is impossible to tear off at the same time from workflow of employees, for example, sales department as it can affect business indicators. The CUB system allows to build the schedule of educational process, optimal for each employee, – they can study when and anywhere, including from mobile devices. That heads could control visit of occupations, a system is integrated with tools of the office suite of Microsoft, in particular, an outlook calendar. Data on attendance are unloaded for managers in the Excel format.
Each employee also has a personal account in a system where it can give or withdraw requests for training, save significant materials and communicate with colleagues.
At last, the centralized system of quality standard of knowledge and skills of personnel is necessary for the companies with a big command: internally it is almost impossible to control everyone. The CUB platform helps to organize testing both employees, and applicants of the company according to the results of which it is possible to analyze their preparation, knowledge, skills and competences. According to the results of testing an opportunity also to create "the card of skills" of different employees which will allow to attract workers with necessary knowledge to the solution of tasks, non-standard or non-core for them, is provided – and in case of successful result to promote career ladder promotion.
It is in the future going to develop the system of personel assessment regarding adaptivity: testing of new type will allow to change on the run complexity of questions depending on employee competences. Depth of knowledge of employees in different areas is heterogeneous, and at assessment of their knowledge a system will consider in the long term professional characteristics, knowledge, skills and competences of each tested.

The TechLAB company is also going to systematize reference books with the description of skills of employees – it will allow to pass to use of mechanisms of machine learning for selection of training programs and formation of personal development plans taking into account competences.
