Russian Communal Systems implemented a cloud service for purchasing data management

The Russian Communal Systems group implemented at the beginning of 2018 a complete cloud solution for management of the normative reference information about purchases which was developed by B2B-Center.

Service integrated in a single whole management of the reference book of the purchased products and purchases on electronic marketplace.

"The command of B2B-Center transferred all data of our reference book of the purchased products to "cloud", including the prices, the RCEAP and RCEAP codes on each position and also developed a clear and user-friendly interface for management of this information. Service completely corresponds to business processes of RKS: considers hierarchy of decision making and separates users on powers and the access level.

Specialists of 10 enterprises which are included into our Group use it", - Kirill Zlotnikov, the Head of Department of purchases of Russian Communal Systems Group told.

The "cloud" reference book allows to look for necessary positions, to add and approve new, to check and correct the description, to exclude errors and to update price parameters for all users. It is integrated with the accounting system of RKS Group and electronic marketplace on which the company carries out purchases.
