At the Coca-Cola HBC Russia plants the accounting system water - and Schneider Electric power supply is implemented

The Schneider Electric company, the expert in management of energy and automation, implemented at the beginning of 2018 the project on installation of a system of accounting of energy resources for two plants Coca-Cola HBC in Russia - in Novosibirsk and in Istra situated near Moscow. The joint project with Schneider Electric meant equipment of both objects of the customer an intelligent system of monitoring and control of consumption water - and energy resources in real time. The solution which is specially developed by experts of Schneider Electric for Coca-Cola HBC Russia allows to react immediately to an overexpenditure of resources and emergency situations and, thus, promotes economy and reliability augmentation and efficiency of systems.

"Accounting water - and energy resources is a first step on the way to increase in efficiency. It allows, including, to estimate effect of the saving actions implemented afterwards, at the same time business models of this implementation can be flexible. The Schneider Electric company uses the business model of Energoservice guaranteeing achievement of the stated resource-saving indicators", - Sergey Semyonov, the director of business "Energy efficiency and sustainable development" of Schneider Electric says.

Basis of an APCS at the Coca-Cola HBC Russia plants - Software of Power Monitoring Expert (PME), providing status monitoring of all system of power supply in the online mode. PME reveals energy consumption trends, controls resource costs, analyzes quality of the electric power and also notifies on failures in power supply and faults. This software can easily be integrated with SCADA and ERP systems.

In spite of the fact that own developments of Schneider Electric became a core of delivery of vendor, the monitoring system allowed to install also and the equipment of third-party producers. So, on two plants Coca-Cola HBC Russia counters of the electric power iEM3000 and METSECT current transformers of production Schneider Electric, the Swiss flowmeters and also the equipment of the Russian producers were delivered: flowmeters of water and steam, counters of the electric power and heatpower controllers.
