The institute of development of education of Murmansk region ensured safety of information systems

On May 17, 2018 the KSB-SOFT company announced the project on security of information systems completed in April, 2018 in Uosudarstvennom autonomous organization of additional professional education of Murmansk region (GAUDPO MO) "Institute of development of education".

The management of institute responsibly treats a question of information security in organization therefore made a choice for benefit of an online service of Alfadoc for ensuring security of systems and timely execution of requirements of the legislation. Activity of institute is followed by work with large volumes of information which should be protected from unauthorized access and other cybersecurity threats, at the same time documentation should correspond to the current legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of the personal data protection and information processed in the state information systems.

In 11 days specialists of "KSB-SOFT" booked expert audit of information systems, entered data in Alfadoc service and provided to the customer access to service with documents, ready to printout and a statement. Then the information security system, according to GOST P 51583-2014, with the subsequent certification of a system for security requirements of information was designed and implemented.

As a result the Institute of development of education of Murmansk region received the effective instrument of control of process of personal data protection and ensured readiness for checks of Roskomnadzor, FSTEC and FSB of Russia. What, according to representatives of institute, allowed to save time and financial resources of organization.
