On May 18, 2018 the Solar Security company announced connection of infrastructure of the Ministry of information technologies and communication of Khabarovsk Krai to Solar JSOC service.
The problem of operating control of own security by means of monitoring and the analysis of events and also identification of incidents and the directed attacks at an early stage becomes more and more relevant for public authorities. In the Ministry of information technologies and communication of Khabarovsk Krai the decision on need of involvement of the external contractor for the round-the-clock monitoring and counteraction to cyber attacks was made.
For the choice of the contractor were examination and possibilities of all leading service providers of Russia is analyzed, the technical specifications with the description of necessary parameters of rendering services, including SLA are made, open auction is held. According to the results of an auction the Public contract with Solar Security was signed.
"Infrastructure and internal processes of the state customers have essential differences from the companies of a commercial segment including from the point of view of applied technologies and procedures of data protection. But also all modern threats and an attack vector are relevant for them. Within the project we managed both to provide monitoring of infrastructure sources MITIS, and to develop several specialized scenarios relevant for public authorities." During the project need for the round-the-clock monitoring was confirmed. Solar Security and MITIS could deepen interaction and area of a covering of service, having started more than 50 scenarios on identification of the incidents including covering new and changing a vector of the attacks.
