In May, 2018 the subsidiary company of Russian Space Systems holding (RKS, is included into ROSKOSMOS State corporation) provided to JSC TerraTech geoinformation services for digital economy of the future. Their application will allow to automate accounting of a real estate, to control deforestation and to control behind use of the agricultural land.

The company completed creation of a commercial cloud service on distribution of space pictures from the Russian grouping of satellites of the remote sensing of Earth (RSE). Service will become available since September 1, 2018.

In this service any user will be able to get access to the processed pictures and results of analytical data processing. TerraTech signed agreements with chief operators of foreign satellites, providing to clients of the company access not only to Russian, but also to all pictures of Earth received by spacecrafts.

TerraTech develops more difficult complex and analytical services for management of territories, identifications of the changes happening worldwide for determination of rates of development, mastering, technogenic loading. Such services will also perform regular monitoring of construction of the large infrastructure facilities playing a key role in social and economic development of the Russian Federation, to provide the state and business with information on respect for environmental standards and the legislation.

Information will be transferred to insurance companies for decision making on insured events, banks for accounting of business activity of the commercial organizations and decision making in the field of investment and crediting.

The Ресурсы.РФ service will become one of the first products of TerraTech which will gain mass distribution. It allows to reveal the real estate which is not registered in cadastre, to calculate the potential volume of the half-received property and land tax in the budget of the municipal entity and to conduct search of investment attractive land plots free from business activities, for their implementation with biddings on a leasehold basis or in property.

The Ресурсы.РФ service allows municipality or other regional subject to obtain information on all buildings which are available in the territory, to combine data retrieveds with the State Immovable Property Cadastre and to receive result in the form of the database of the real estate which is not registered in cadastre.

Results of work of service are the protected property rights of citizens and the organizations and also increase in budget revenues of the municipal entity.
