On May 22, 2018 WaveAccess announced integration of the module of machine learning into process of a company performance on armoring of air tickets of Wholesale Flights.

The company was faced by a task to increase sales by 6% at the current staff of personnel that was dictated by the development strategy of the company. For this purpose it was required to optimize work 30+ of highly paid agents. The WaveAccess IT company proposed the complete solution – to integrate the CRM system with tracking of all way of the buyer, to connect service of call tracking (analytics of calls) and to implement the system of calculation of rating of clients for increase in conversion.

For development of the analytical platform for ranging of incoming requisitions algorithms of machine learning were used. Requests from the website come to queue then algorithms foretell what of them are most possibly converted into sale. The most qualitative leads are transferred to the beginning of queue: these are those clients who, according to a system, more likely will pick up at once the phone and will accept the offer.

The complex data set forms the basis for predictions: mail of the client and his IP address, a geolocation, behavior of the user on the website, the browsed pages, a traffic source, contents of the request (the place of departure and arrival, date and time of flight), etc. This information also promotes effective telephone communications, helping agents it is better to think over the scenario of communication with the client, proceeding from his interests and behavioural features.

To the most marginal potential clients the most effective sales managers who have more chances to close the transaction are appointed. The efficiency of managers is also calculated on a set of metrics. A system keeps track of their behavior in relation to requests: how fast the lead was taken in hand how successful were negotiations with the client, etc.

The solution developed by WaveAccess allowed Wholesale Flights to reduce for half a year the time spent of the perspective request in the waiting list by 3 times and to increase sales by 17% that exceeded expectations of the company almost three times. It was succeeded to achieve significant saving of time of specialists: time which was spent on processing few perspective leads earlier is spent for really useful work now.
