Haulmont automated document flow in Unitel company

On May 23, 2018 the Haulmont company reported that it automated document flow in Unitel company using the THESIS system.

Unitel was going to transfer document flow to an electronic form, to simplify document retrieval and control of execution of tasks. When choosing EDMS presence of the Web client, flexibility in settings of workflows and safety of information storage in a system was important for the enterprise. Also the company considered experience of product introduction in production companies. Sales managers of "Haulmont" told about systems capabilities of management of documents and tasks THESIS on the presentation at office "Unitel". After comparison of different options of EDMS the company stopped on the Standard editorial office EDMS THESIS. It allows to automate work of office and document flow and also to control execution of tasks. The designer gives the chance to change and configure business processes in a system according to the document handling order admitted to the companies.
