Content

The company "Aybikon", the partner NEOLANT of Group in the field of creation and maintenance of Digital assets, completed implementation of a complex of solutions for industry digitization – the management system for engineering data (MSED) Neosynthesis, BIM difficult technology objects Polynom, the converter and a prosmotrovshchik of uniform BIM from different CAD/ PLM BIM/-formats InterBridge – within the project of construction of an object of USS JSC Kola MMC.

About an object

Utilization of a salt drain of nickel refinement (USS) - the object of the Kola MMC located in Monchegorsk of Murmansk region. USS - technology of complete boil-off of a salt drain, unique for Russia, - the liquid waste which is formed as a result of use of chemicals by production of electrolytic nickel with the subsequent drying and packaging and with receiving:

  • commodity sulfate of sodium,
  • chloride of the sodium suitable for production of chlorine and caustic soda,
  • hot water suitable for use in USS technology,
  • the gate-type solution containing a pine forest, chloride and a carbonate of the sodium compensating the need for the USS boric acid.

Interesting fact

With project implementation "Utilization of a salt drain of nickel refinement" harmful resets of the Kola MMC in reservoirs of Murmansk region considerably decrease that allows to fulfill the requirements of the ecological legislation of the Russian Federation and to make a serious contribution to improvement of an ecological situation in the region.

Goal

The organization of schedule system (due to optimization of the existing methodology) and control of implementation of the investment project of capital construction of an object of USS JSC Kola MMC based on scheduling and network planning and information maintenance of construction using BIM.

Results

  • Construction maintenance by the qualitative work documentation.
  • Decrease in economic costs and risks at design and construction of the facility.
  • Ensuring effective interaction of participants of construction due to creation of a common information space.
  • Increase in efficiency and ensuring timeliness of acceptance of management decisions.
  • Minimization of the temporary losses connected with search and waiting of diverse technical information.
  • Demonstration of an objective picture of the actual progress of construction at all design stages and constructions.

Implementation

  • Preparation for information maintenance of construction:
  • Development of BIM "as it is designed" according to sets of the work documentation (WD).
  • Updating of BIM "as it is constructed" the existing constructions according to the results of carrying out land laser scanning in POLINOM.
  • The analysis of BIM regarding space and construction collisions in RD and also between again projected and existing constructions.
  • Development of the integrated scheduling and network diagram (SND) of construction of the facility on the basis of design data of stages Project documentation and Work documentation (in the presence) as the baseline plan.
  • Development of the detailed production plan of construction on the basis of RD as a basis for operating control over works of contractors and the providing divisions.
  • Formation of BIM "as is constructed" by data integration of a 3D model and KSG of construction using InterBridge and also start of the NEOSYNTHESIS web portal for simultaneous operation with BIM of specialists of the customer and the contractor.
  • Information maintenance of construction:
  • Collection of data on the actual progress of SMR, PIR, deliveries through MTS.

  • Recalculation of the operational production schedule on the current reporting date taking into account the made progress of works.
  • Release and bringing to contractors of works orders for the next reporting period on the basis of the operational production schedule of the project.
  • Work on land laser scanning of an object with the set frequency and step-by-step updating of BIM "as is constructed".
  • Control of deviations of actual positions and dimensions of the mounted constructions and communications from their project provisions and also control of the executed physical volumes on the basis of data of land laser scanning.
  • Development of BIM "as is operated":
  • Creation of BIM "as is operated" in NEOSINTEZ due to formation of the archive of operational documentation connected with structural elements as a part of BIM "as it is constructed".
  • Development of instructive-methodological materials and carrying out training of specialists of the customer in work with the NEOSINTEZ web portal.
