Automation system of pomarochny accounting of alcoholic products

According to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation, since 2018, retailers of alcoholic products are obliged to make acceptance of alcohol on warehouses from the supplier and on delivery in each retail outlet of sales by the piece. The innovation demands from retailers of heavy capital investments in connection with multiple increase in labor costs at acceptance of alcoholic products.

Several times introduction of marking of each bottle a RFID tag will allow to lower finance and time expenditure on acceptance of alcoholic products at stages of its movement.

Principle of work

The RFID tag is integrated directly into an excise stamp of alcoholic products. In memory of a tag information on its contents is brought. In this case technology process of marking of alcoholic products remains almost invariable, and possibilities of accounting of products repeatedly extend and do not depend neither on production speed, nor on a packaging format: bottle, box or pallet. The cost of one tag depends on delivery scope and is from 3 to 9 rubles.

Collected a pallet with the marked products is registered at first when moving of a warehouse with the help of the portal reader, and then at shipment to the customer.

Information on the registered RFID tags automatically is brought in the accounting system. Portal readers allow to control correctness of the collected order and to reduce the number of regrading.
