Shovel Alexander Vitalyevich

As of May, 2018 Alexander Lopota is the director-chief designer of GNTs Russian Federation Central Research Institute RTK, the expert of RAS, the chairman of editorial council of the "Robototekhnika I Tekhnicheskaya Kibernetika" magazine, the corresponding member of the Russian academy of astronautics of K.E. Tsiolkovsky, the academician of the Russian Engineering academy, a workgroup member in automated control systems of Council of the Russian Government Military-Industrial Commission for automated control systems, communication, investigation, radio-electronic fight and information confrontation.

Education

In 2001 the faculty the International Higher School of Management graduated from the St. Petersburg state technical university. Strasbourg, France was trained at the International space university.

2004 – protection of the master's thesis, in the specialty 0/8/13 – "Mathematical and instrumental methods of economy".

2016 – protection of the doctoral dissertation in the specialty 05.13.01 "Systems analysis, management and information processing (on the industries)". Holds scientific works, patents for inventions and useful models.

Career

Since 2007 "The mechatronics and robotics" at GNTs Russian Federation Central Research Institute RTK Peter the Great St.Petersburg Polytechnic University is the head of the department and maintains the great traditions put from the date of foundation of educational institution and also purposefully contributes to its development.

Since December, 2009 — the director-chief designer of the State scientific center of the Russian Federation of federal public autonomous scientific institution "Central Research and Developmental Institute of Robotics and Engineering Cybernetics" (GNTs Russian Federation Central Research Institute RTK). Performs scientific and technical management in the development areas and creations of means of robotics and an engineering cybernetics of space, air, land and sea basing. Directs Council of the chief designer and Scientific and technical council of GNTs Russian Federation Central Research Institute RTK.
