ChTPZ Group and SAP CIS concluded on May 24, 2018 the memorandum of cooperation in digital transformation. The document was signed by the CEO of ChTPZ Group Boris Kovalenkov and the CEO of SAP CIS Natalia Parmenova in the presence of the chairman of the board of directors of ChTPZ Andrey Komarov and the president of SAP in Central and Eastern Europe Stefan Hochbauer.
The memorandum, in particular, describes plans of digital transformation of ChTPZ Group. According to the document, in 2018-2025 the company is going to unify and optimize business processes using a single system based on SAP S/4HANA.

On the basis of a production management system it is going to create the software product for the pipe industry. It is supposed that ChTPZ Group will train the personnel for digital transformation together with SAP in Competence center.
