The Arkhangelsk region optimizes the system of a state administration using 1C

The governor of the Arkhangelsk region Igor Orlov and the director of 1C Company Boris Nuraliyev signed on May 24, 2018 the agreement on cooperation.

The document provides interaction in information technology fields, use of knowledge and experiment of the parties on creation of a system of public administration when using a software platform of 1C: Enterprise.

The question of improvement of management decisions, creations of new tools for their acceptance is very demanded — Igor Orlov noted. — I would like that the existing practices gave the chance and to our region to improve an operations procedure which we apply in so financially capacious industries as health care, education, the social sphere.

The 1C company has an experience of successful implementation on the 1C: Enterprise platform of the cloud systems of regional scale covering hundreds and thousands of organizations ensuring functioning of tens of thousands of users.

Such systems become for the management of regions of the tool for optimization of management, identification and reduction of unreasonable costs of budgetary funds — the director of 1C Boris Nuraliyev noted. — We calculate that cooperation within the agreement will allow us to use this experience for optimization of a system of public administration of the Arkhangelsk region jointly.

One more direction of cooperation extremely significant for digital transformation of the region – development of the educational environment for preparation of the qualified IT personnel, Boris Nuraliyev emphasized.
