In MFC of the Novosibirsk region for job analysis the IT system is brought into operation

On May 25, 2018 it became known that an analytical system from Academpark was implemented in MFC of the Novosibirsk region. The innovation will allow to increase quality and efficiency of public services by the principle of "one window".

A system consists of two modules: module of collecting and data processing and also information visualization module. At first various data from several information systems – automated information system of MFC, the system of contact center and an e-queue system – are exposed to background accumulation. These data get to special storage which structure provides the maximum high-speed performance at accomplishment of analytical requests to a system. The processed information is issued to users in the form of the dashboards consisting of tables and infographics. Each such panel gives summary information of a certain subject.

Besides, a system creates regulated reports which can be unloaded in the file of a convenient format or to send to printing. The output of analytical information in the form of a so-called OLAP cubes allows to take the necessary data answering immediately to several criteria of the analysis.

Depending on a role in structure of MFC each user sees a different set of reports. For example, the head of branch sees reports only on work of the branch whereas the user with a role "directorate" has access to all completeness of the analyzed information which includes not only work of operators in the hall, but also call center operators, and data on receiving services through the voice menu.
