"A101" carries out integration of the EDMS systems

On May 25, 2018 the A101 company announced project implementation on integration of the EDMS systems in construction area. Transition to legally significant electronic document management with the partner companies allowed A101 Group to reduce agreement signature time for 90%.

A101 Group "Diadoc" from SKB Kontur company uses technical solutions of service of electronic document management. Thanks to them the Group managed to optimize process of approval of documents and at the expense of it to reduce temporary and labor costs by "paper" work. In three months of use of mobile application "Diadoc", a share of approvals of documents in it made about 15%. The most active users of the application are top managers. Their visa on documents is required when the speed of decision-making is especially important, mobile application allowed to increase it twice.

It becomes for business by Schengen, providing space in which documents freely, quickly and without obstacles move between the companies. According to A101 Group construction companies of the capital region have the largest potential in creation of uniform industry space for document flow. So, according to the Government of Moscow, from more than 200 organizations, connected to its electronic document management system, 43% make construction companies and another 19% belong to the system of housing and public utilities.
