"ASKO-Zhizn" replaced corporate IT services with Cloud Office from LanCloud

On May 31, 2018 LanCloud reported that it "ASKO-Zhizn" replaced corporate IT services with Cloud Office.

Within reorganization of ASKO-Zhizn company it was required to create IT infrastructure from scratch and in enough short time. It was necessary to provide all employees with basic corporate services, including e-mail, communications, telephony, work with documents. For the purpose of expense reduction and saving of time the management made the decision to consider the possibilities of use of cloud computing.

Based on preliminary testing, Asko-Zhizn made the decision to transfer all employees to Cloud Office service in LanCloud cloud. The project on implementation of a cloud service took only one week. And users began to use all opportunities of Cloud Office still before the company managed to deploy any internal services. For example, integration with ActiveDirectory was made several weeks later after all users used e-mail, telephony and collaboration with documents long ago. Besides, based on Skype for Business service which is included into Cloud Office it was organized cloud mini-kollcentre with several operators, groups of calls, IVR, voice mail and a call recording.

Use of a cloud service of Cloud Office allowed not only to cut down capital and operating expenses due to lack of purchase costs of the equipment, the software and need of service of ready SaaS service, but also to fulfill the requirements of the legislation for placement of personal data.
