On May 31, 2018 the ITLand Group company announced system implementation "1C:ERP+PM Management of project organization 2" in Romir holding.

Project Objective

Creation of the common information space integrating project and managerial accounting and providing transparency of planning and control of financial flows in projects became a project objective.

As the partner in implementation the ITLand company, being the system developer and offered Romir suitable methodology of automation of management accounting acted.

Within the project specialists of ITLand performed the following preproject and consulting works:

  • Analysis of project activity of the enterprise;
  • The analysis of management accounting by projects.

The works performed at an implementation stage:

  • Creation of interfaces and sets of user rights;
  • Initial settings of standard/industry solution to start accounting;
  • Technical implementation of specific features of accounting and management in the automation system (adaptation).

The automated sections:

  • Budgeting and project planning;
  • Accounting of economic project activities;
  • Management accounting based on the chart of accounts and the principle of double record;
  • Settlement with suppliers and customers;
  • Accounting and control of execution of instructions by Contractors;
  • Time recording and labor costs of projects;
  • Integration with the ACS system is carried out;
  • The analysis of activity by activities and projects.

Since January 1, 2018 a system was brought into commercial operation.

Project Results

In total during the project more than 150 jobs are automated.

Results of the project and feature of the implemented system:

  1. Project and management accounting is kept in the unified information system by projects on different activities of holding.
  2. Management accounting and the reporting are implemented based on the Russian chart of accounts and double record, using the modified subsystem tools IFRS "1C: ERP+PM Management of project organization 2".
  3. B to a system is implemented the document "Plan of the Project Budget" which contains the plan of income, expenses, the plan of payments and cash receipts, and intended for fixing and approval of the planned budget of the project.
  4. B to a system is configured the notification of employees by e-mail at registration and start of the project, approval of the plan of the project budget and also at emergence of new comments in instructions to users.
  5. input of different primary documents Is automated, the possibility of fixing of the actual income, expenses and also cash flows by projects is provided.
  6. Actual data are displayed in managerial and project circuits of a system that allows to receive the plan-fact analysis of an income and expense budget and BDDS and to estimate profitability of the implemented projects.


For May, 2018 in a system top management, production and client departments, the staff of personnel and financial departments works.

Technical support of a system is performed by ITLand company. In plans of Romir Holding further development of an information system.
