The product "Management of Factoring Activity, Edition 3.0" is intended for automation of business of factoring company or bank factoring division. The program includes the following modules: CRM, Billing, Electronic document management, Specialized jobs under each functional role, Business processes of a registration and monitoring of factoring projects, Storage system of documents, the Organizer, the System of questioning, Multilevel setup of data access, Dashboard of the head.
Features and program capabilities:
- automate document flow, keep account in the system of the conceded monetary claim (consignment notes and invoices);
- automate calculation of remuneration of the financial agent;
- implement complicated (matrix) tariff plans in which the value of remuneration depends on a number of parameters: the volume of the conceded monetary claim, repayment periods, type and quality of the debtor, etc.;
- automate process of tracking of overdue monetary claims, keep statistics of payments and an analitikukachestvo of solvency of debtors and so forth.
The program consists of several components:
- "Management of factoring activity" (managerial accounting);
- "Accounting" (procedural accounting);
- "The client WEB module" (the remote access in an accounting system for clients and debtors reflecting in real time a status of the conceded debt, charge of remuneration and other);
- DWH (storage system of documents);
- "CRM" (the system of desktops of users including reflecting customer information and relationship with them, implementing stages of business processes on customer service).
The "Management of Factoring Activity, Edition 3.0" configuration is not independent, it is necessary to have the set 1C:Enterprise 8.3 platform for its work.
