2020: Function of accounting for small business
On March 23, 2020 it became known that Konica Minolta updated the solution for work with the documents Document Navigator to the fifth version. Now a system offers function of accounting for small business. In addition, the user interface which became simpler and intuitive in management was improved.
The professional Document Navigator software product from Konica Minolta is intended for recognition, processing and distribution of documents. The solution allows to configure convenient scenarios of work with paper and electronic documents. Thanks to it the staff of the companies can spend less time for execution of the repeating routine tasks and concentrate on key business processes.
Document Navigator gives an opportunity to recognize the documents received from different sources data, including structures of Konica Minolta, e-mails FTP-servers and file directories Windows; start workflows on a panel MFP and also distinguish data by means of technologies OCR and OMR. A system is integrated with the most popular solutions and ensures safety data: the protected workflows require authentications also input password, and the administrator can set additional settings of different scenarios of scanning.
In upgraded version the Document Navigator system was added with the module for accounting of documents created especially for small business. It supports not only accounting of own documents, but also drawing of accounts at authorization on the device. It is possible thanks to application different the politician in relation to different devices, users and domains. Also users can configure monitoring of document handling and create reports.
