IntelLex Freight transportation

The Gruzovye perevozki (GP ETP) electronic marketplace is an online resource on which it is possible to order complex service of freight transportation. Use of GP ETP provides the consignor with service of transportation in the mode of one window.

Gruzovye perevozki ETP is developed by IntelLex company for joint stock company RUSSIAN RAILWAY according to the instruction FAS Russia. The project is designed to attract on railway transport additional orders from consignors. Test start of the platform took place in December, 2016. Commercial operation of the platform is conducted since March 24, 2017.

How it works

• The consignor specifies in the online request on the etpgp.rzd.ru web portal a type, amount and packaging of a load, selects the initial and final stations of a route wished date of transportation.
• The platform selects several options of transportations optimal for the price or delivery date.
• The consignor selects suitable option of transportation, agrees with the offer agreement then pays services.
• Movement of a load, the transportation course, settlings with the Russian Railway and participants of process are displayed in a personal account of the consignor on marketplace.

The site will become a source of orders for the companies providing services in the market of rail transportation. Consignors will receive simple service for search of optimal solutions on the organization of cargo delivery.

2018: The tool for the analysis and planning of passenger traffic

The IntelLex company continues to develop services of Freight transportation electronic marketplace actively. On June 1, 2018 Federal Passenger Company (FPC) announced development of the tool for the analysis and planning of passenger traffic for marketing specialists.

The functionality of "A subsystem of the analysis and the sales forecast on the basis of daily data on implementation of travel documents" is suitable for any carriers of passengers in distant following. It can be used as for the analysis of the course of sales of tickets for the set runs of trains, and for the sales forecast on the forthcoming runs, told in IntelLex.

Regarding the analysis the subsystem creates profiles of sales on the runs of the train set date (or the range of dates) departures. The subsystem allows to display the created profiles of sales in a tabular and graphic style, along with data on income (including sales charges and income from services in trains), profitable rates, use of capacity and other indicators.

The subsystem allows to predict sales on the forthcoming runs of trains on which sales are not closed yet. For this purpose the subsystem automatically selects similar run last year (basic run) which forms a basis for the sales forecast on the forthcoming run. The user at the same time can select other date for basic run.

At accomplishment of calculations the user has an opportunity to look in a tabular and graphic style at profiles of sales both for forthcoming and for basic run, to compare them among themselves, having complemented the forthcoming run with the calculated forecast since current date (or earlier date which is used as the last date of the known sales).

The subsystem allows to make test calculations when forecast values on already perfect runs are calculated. Also there is a possibility of comparison of the forecast with the actual values.

Operation of the first stage of a subsystem regarding the analysis of profiles of sales began in January, 2018. As of June 1, works on commissioning of the second queue containing functionality for forecasting are conducted.

In 2018 the IntelLex company also started a personal account of the supplier in which service providers of GP ETP can obtain the complete information how their services are on sale, and service of terminal services through which order placement of loading unloading and storage without binding to transportation is possible.

In addition to works on the second queue of a subsystem of the analysis and sales forecast, specialists of IntelLex are also engaged in study of models of financial services, cargo insurance services and also financing of transportations under specific transactions together with the banking sector.
