Applications are available to Webim Live Chat operators as in the web version in the browser and as the application (a desktop and mobile).
The web application works in any browser and on any computer.
In the application operators can receive and respond to appeals from any channels: chats, social networks, messengers to see information on the visitor of the website, to send it files, smiles, to transfer to other operators (for example, from other department or the region) and another. Detailed statistics with diagrams and tables will help to see, operators how effectively work.
2017
In the latest version of Webim from 32 June, 2017 a number of functions appeared:
- working schedule of operators
- an opportunity for the operator to enter and change information on the visitor
- opportunity for the administrator to configure the list of departments for different locations / pages of the website. For example, the department Technical support will be available to the choice only on the page of the website with the description of conditions of technical support.
- Chat button. The own button can still be loaded.
