Webim Co-browsing

Co-browsing is joint navigation of the operator and visitor on the website.

The operator sees what page of the website is browsed by the visitor and that it entered into forms, can enter into these forms the text itself instead of the visitor.

The Kobrauzing is always performed with the consent of the visitor and in any second can be stopped both by the operator, and the visitor. The visitor sees all actions and a cursor position of a mouse of the operator. The operator has no access neither to settings of the browser of the visitor, nor to other open tabs, nor especially to resources of his computer.

To begin a kobrauzing session, the operator opens the Workplace page and in the section of a chat goes to the Kobrauzing tab.
