Situation and problem:

• In the course of bypasses the personnel collect data on paper carrier that causes loss of quality, completeness and relevance at the time of data entry in SAP.
• Management is not able to exercise even 30-40% control of the contractor because of the large volume of information that creates risk of providing incomplete, irrelevant, inveracious information.
• There is no possibility of operational registration of the revealed deviations in operation of the equipment by repair and technology personnel including registration of premises to incidents connected with industrial safety.

Solution:

• Pilot project on SAP implementation of MRS + Work Manager in four workshops of MMK of Ilyich
• Set of the equipment for data transmission on WIFI – 35 to - t
• Communicator of Zebra TC-70 complete with the charger, a cover, communication wires, reserve joint stock bank – 60 to - t
• RFID of a tag – 3000 pieces

Project Objectives:

• Ensuring completeness and accuracy of the information about a condition of equipment
• Optimization and reduction of terms of execution of works due to more exact scheduling
• Increase in efficiency and decrease in labor input of confirmation of the performed works of a MRO
• Decrease in level of equipment downtimes at earlier detection of defects
• Fast planning and purpose of unplanned works taking into account different restrictions
