The Faberlic online store "punched" 7.5 million checks through Atholl Online service

The Faberlic online store stepped over a mark of 7.5 million cash vouchers. It is result of a company performance in the Russian market in a year – from the moment of connection to ATOL Online. On June 5, 2018 the ATOL company reported about it.

For payment acceptance, arriving on the bank card via the Internet, Faberlic uses at the same time 30 cash desks within service. Total number of transactions which they carry out within a day is about 18 thousand, i.e. about 600 transactions are the share of each device. During the peak periods of sales this indicator increases by more than two times.

Payment processing on the website of Faberlic using ATOL Online began in July, 2017 when became effective amendments in 54-FZ ("About use of the cash registers") which obliged retail online stores to register sales via the Internet by means of online cash desks. Integration with service began an optimal method to fulfill for Faberlic the requirements of the legislation completely and in time. In addition to lease of cash desks, the company considered two more scenarios. The first is a failure from acceptance on the website of bank card payment that meant also loss of a part of orders. The second – purchase of cash desks for offline - trade and shutdown of printing of checks in them for further payment acceptance via the Internet.

" the question was particularly acute for our online store: purchase or after all to rent online cash desks. As a result we selected the second; the reason for that – economy of financial, labor and temporary resources. Ensuring work of cash "park" at office means purchase of devices, the organization of the place in server, the round-the-clock service of the equipment, its service support, including installation and the subsequent replacement of the fiscal drive, a software refirmware. You should not forget also about the additional hardware for server which can be required its installation, installation and setup. Plus the electric power for work of cash "park". The Online ATOL service undertook the solution of all these questions, having provided compliance of our Internet business to requirements 54-FZ. We could fully concentrate on sales management and other priority business challenges".

Integration of ATOL Online with the website of Faberlic and testing required about a month. At solution development data on the volume of the payments coming to the periods of low and high sales that allowed to define optimal number of the rented cash desks, including reserve were considered. For transfer of electronic checks in tax the online store used service of the fiscal data operator Taxcom.
