Infopro and "The Tomsk generation" signed the agreement on creation of a system of calculation of TEI for CHPP-1 and CHPP-3

Customers: Tomsk generation

Tomsk; Power

Contractors: InfoPro Group
Product: InfoPro: Planning of the modes

Project date: 2017/07  - 2018/06

System design of calculation of TEI for the Tomsk CHPP-1 and the Tomsk CHPP-3

On August 16, 2018 the INFOPRO group announced signing of the contract on a system design of calculation of TEI for two stations of JSC Tomskaya generation: Tomsk CHPP-1 and Tomsk CHPP-3.

Within the agreement works on inspection of software and hardware complexes and information systems of two stations will be performed, technical documentation is developed for a projectible system.

Creation of uniform automated information system will allow to increase efficiency of stations. A system automates collecting of technology data from information measuring systems, calculation actual, normative and forecast TEI of operation of the equipment on agregatno and on the station for the subsequent analysis of profitability of operation of the equipment.

Agreement signature about cooperation increase

On June 6, 2018 the INFOPRO company announced signing in May, 2018 agreements with JSC Tomskaya generation on implementation of the software product "to INFOPRO: Power trading" and development of the system of commercial scheduling for the Tomsk GRES-2.

Within the project the single information automated system which will allow to increase efficiency of the station in wholesale market of the electric power and power (OREM) will be created. The software product automates loading and storage of the financial and technical information from different sources about results of a company performance on OREM in a single system, will allow to prepare any procedural and analytical reporting and also automates accounting of obligations, payments and debt on agreements by sectors of power markets.

Software product "INFOPRO: Power trading" provides process of decision support, including for work in the balancing market.

Further replication of IT solutions of INFOPRO is planned for other stations entering into JSC Tomskaya generation.

System implementation "Infopro: Planning of the modes"

In June, 2018 the INFOPRO company announced end in December, 2017 of the project on system implementation of calculation of TEI and optimization of operation modes of the equipment for JSC Tomskaya generation.

When implementing the project the following tasks were set:

  • Automation of collecting of primary data from different sources and formation of uniform storage;
  • Ensuring integration of results of calculation of TEI for further work with the system of commercial scheduling and power trading;
  • Calculation actual and normative TEI of operation of the equipment poagregatno and on the station;
  • Calculation of the minimum and maximum possible electric loads on the optimal and any set structure, the equipment mode with the set heat loads;
  • Optimization of structure and the modes of the working equipment of the station at the set station heat and electric load;
  • Creation of characteristics of relative gains of costs in the set range of heat and electric load from minimum to maximum for the optimal and any set structure, an operation mode of the capital equipment;
  • Automation of process of reporting and operational representation of JSC Tomskaya generation to its management.

For the solution of assigned tasks on automation of calculations of technical and economic indicators and also for planning of optimal operation modes of the equipment of the Tomsk GRES-2 a system "was implemented by INFOPRO: Planning of the modes".

Project Results:

  • Creation of a single system of collecting and storage of technology data for the Tomsk GRES-2;
  • Receiving possibility of planning of optimal operation modes of the equipment and operational calculation of technical and economic indicators of the Tomsk GRES-2;
  • Ensuring more exact and positive control of operation modes of the equipment of the station;
  • Reducing costs for production of thermal and electrical energy due to high-quality planning of the optimal mode and structure of the working equipment of the station by criterion of minimization of specific fuel consumption;
  • Receiving the maximum marginal profit due to high-quality calculation of the price request RSV and OTsPZ for BR;
  • Quality assurance and high performance of work PTO;
  • Ensuring reliability of settlement information;
  • Automation of process of formation and movement of the reporting.
