UK Raiffeisen Capital carried out integration of XBRL Factory and three accounting systems

2019: Integration of XBRL Factory and accounting systems

On August 28, 2019 the Sintegro consulting company reported that it the solution XBRL Factory is integrated with the accounting systems used by Raiffeisen Capital management company.

Within the project it was configured:

• Automatic filling of 8 forms of the supervising reporting of OKUD 0420409, 0420415, 0420416, 0420417, 0420418, 0420427, 0420506, 0420507 according to a system "Avancore: Trust management".
• Automatic filling of 60 forms of accounting and supervising reports according to a system "1C: UPTsB". From them 4 main: Balance sheet of non-credit financial institution, Report on a financial result of non-credit financial institution, Report on changes of equity of non-credit financial institution, Report on cash flows of non-credit financial institution, 54 notes and also 2 forms of supervising statistic reports: 0420521, 0520522.
• Automatic filling of two reports: 0420502 and 0420503 with interpretations according to a system "1C-Rarus: Mutual fund".

In addition to a software setup, the staff of Sintegro consulting developed and approved methodology of filling of reports on data of the available accounting systems and also developed printed forms of reports, according to the legislation, for the publication of reports on the official site of the company.

Between the companies the agreement of support within which specialists of the company update software configurations according to changes in the legislation and the latests version of taxonomy is signed and also advise on methodology of filling of reports on requests of the Central Bank.

2018: Implementing solution XBRL Factory

On June 7, 2018 declared to Sintegro consulting LLC the implementing solution "XBRL Factory" for UK Raiffeisen Capital LLC based on which delivery of the obligatory reporting of the Central Bank in the XBRL format is performed.

Since the beginning of 2018 the Non-credit Financial Institutions (NCFI) undertake to hand over in the Bank of Russia accounting and financial statements in the XBRL format. With respect thereto UK Raiffeisen Capital LLC held the tender for the choice of suitable IT software provider which would allow to execute transfer of financial information to the XBRL format.

UK Raiffeisen Capital LLC stopped the choice on development of Sintegro consulting - XBRL Factory as the solution requires a minimum of costs at implementation, works with large volumes of data, has high performance and is based on the separate database. It is also important that the program autocompletes indicators of XBRL from external base of accounting and provides an opportunity for work with data of XBRL in the form of report forms.

The project was implemented in three months. By preparation and submission of reports specialists of Sintegro consulting gave full methodological and technical support in the XBRL format to the staff of UK Raiffeisen Capital LLC. As a result of works the management company in February handed over the Supervising Statistical Reporting (SSR). The Accounting Financial Statements (AFS) were configured in March and handed successfully over in April.
