"The digital management company" is a uniform online platform on process management, connected with housing and public utilities, for business and residents.

In "Digital management company" of the organization, occupied in the field of real estate administration, receive the necessary software, mobile applications of the resident and contractor, development and completion of modules for individual requirements of the company, integration into the popular 1C Platforms, GIS of housing and public utilities, payment processing center and many other things. At the same time the solution provides to the companies such useful options as, for example, convenient maintaining and processing of the register of debtors, statistics and analytics of resource consumption, calculation and drawing of accounts on utility and additional services and also functionality for holding online meetings of residents using blockchain technologies.

The special web application for the administrator of management company will allow to carry out administration of the serviced object and information on each apartment with a binding to inhabitants, to calculate and make out bills on utility and additional services.

Residents of apartment houses will also find in the online system of "Digital management company" a lot of useful: a convenient payment method of utilities, full control of payments, transparency of execution of requests, control and job evaluation of contractors, participation in online votes. For convenience of users Megafon developed also mobile application.

As a result service of Megafon helps to lower the debts of the population for LDC services, increases transparency of calculations, providing the first-class service quality and convenience of interaction of citizens with management companies. The service created thanks to developments in the field of Internet of Things allows residents in a user-friendly interface to browse charges and to pay a rent, to address to dispatching service and protection LDC and also to transfer indications of metering devices.

2018

On June 7, 2018 the MegaFon company presented the solution "Digital Management Company". As of June 7 the pilot version of the solution ready for testing by clients — mobile - the interface using which residents will be able to read out indicators from counters is implemented, to pay services, to submit applications for troubleshooting, to order additional services of management company and other organizations, including providers of the Internet and TV-services.
