Product "AXIOM: Salary and personnel management of banks. The addition to 1C: Payroll and HR Management" it is intended for conducting personnel records and payroll in credit institutions (banks).

Use of a product "AXIOM: Salary and personnel management of banks. The addition to 1C: Payroll and HR Management" provides observance of relevant requirements of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation for credit institutions, including Provision N 465-P of April 15, 2015. "The industry standard of accounting of employee benefits in credit institutions", etc. at payroll in banks.

Main industry functionality of the program:

• automatic formation of accounting entries on transaction types;
• accounting of short-term and long-term obligations and insurance premiums;
• transfer of short-term obligations to long-term obligations;
• transfer of long-term obligations to short-term;
• accounting of advance payments on short-term obligations;
• accounting of operations on registration of charges on account of earlier considered obligations;
• unloading dannykhv the Automated Banking System (ABS) in a text format.

The configuration is original, but not independent, it is necessary to have the set standard configuration "Salary and Personnel Management" for its work (PROF or CORP), editions 3.0 based on the 1C:Enterprise 8.3 platform of the version are not lower than 8.3.10.2580.

The module is library, the including .cf configuration, rules of consolidation and documentation. Implementation is performed by transfer of objects of library from the file of delivery to a configuration.

The software product is protected and contains the code fragments which are not subject to change. At the same time the principle of the maximum openness of the code for a possibility of adaptation of a product under needs of end users is implemented. Protection and licensing of the software product is performed using hardware and software "1S:SLK".
