2019: Assignment of the status TORP to the IVA Basic IP phones

On October 23, 2019 the Russian developer of telecommunication equipment and the software IVA Technologies announced assignment to the IVA IP phone the Basic model of the status TORP – telecommunication equipment of the Russian origin. Entering of the equipment into the register of TORP confirms that phone meets all requirements of order No. 1032/397 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation (Minpromtorg) and also allows the solution to be used in the departmental structures, the state organizations and the companies with the state participation imposing increased requirements to communication security.

The register of the telecommunication equipment made in the territory of the Russian Federation is developed by Minpromtorg at the request of the Government of the Russian Federation in 2016 within program implementation on import substitution. One of key conditions according to which products are given the status TORP is confirmation of the rights to design documentation and software used in telecommunication equipment, in the volume sufficient for its production, upgrade and development and also presence at the producer of research and production base. According to directives, the federal and regional authorities, security agencies and state companies conducting procurements on 223-FZ and 44-FZ should purchase the equipment from the register of TORP or during trading give a priority to the participants who offered products from this list. As of October, 2019 the register contains more than 400 units of domestic telecommunication equipment and is regularly replenished.

Release of the IVA IP phone the Basic model, beginning from circuit engineering and creation of the software before the production including installation on printed circuit boards, casting of the body, finishing assembly, testing and packaging of a product it is performed in the territory of the Russian Federation. Compliance to necessary level of localization of production and to other criteria allowed the solution of IVA Technologies developer to successfully undergo the procedure of obtaining the status of telecommunication equipment of the Russian origin.

The IVA Basic model is available in three modifications: the major version providing communication under the protocol SIP with a possibility of the built-in conference communication to four subscribers and simultaneous registration for three IP PBXs, modifications with the mechanical breaker of a sound path that allows to use phone in premises with special requirements to the mode of security of information and also premises in which protection against potential listening of negotiations, and modifications with support USB- tokens for the organization VPN-enciphering according to GOST is required. All modifications of phone can be integrated into the existing infrastructure of the enterprises from the IP PBX supporting open specifications of the SIP standard for ensuring high-quality communication, including using broadband audiocodecs.

Serial production of model of the IVA Basic IP phones is performed at the instrument-making plant JSC NPP Signal entering into Avtomatika concern State corporations Rostec.

2019: Start of serial production of the IVA IP phones

NPP Signal entering into Avtomatika Concern of State Corporation Rostec together with the Russian developer of telecommunication equipment and the software of IVA Technologies was announced on July 24, 2019 start of serial production of the IVA IP phones. Phone has modern technical characteristics and conforms to requirements imposed by users to modern devices of communication.

As of July 24 phone undergoes procedures of obtaining the status telecommunication of the equipment Russian of origin (TORP). Preparation of production to start the serial product output planned for the fourth quarter 2019 comes to the end.

The IVA IP phone in general is completely Russian product — beginning from circuit engineering and creation of the software before prototyping of payments and production.

The NPP Signal enterprise is going to execute a full stroke of production of the IVA IP phone: from release, installation of printed circuit boards and casting of the body before finishing assembly, testing and packaging of a product. At capacities of NPP Signal the serial release of the IVA phone in three of its modifications is planned. A series of IP phones with the module of cryptographic protection

On November 20, 2018 the IVA Technologies company reported that it prepares for release a series of multifunction IP – the IVA phones with the module of cryptographic protection of LIRVPN. According to the company, these phones will allow customers of the company to solve problems of safe information exchange.

Basic model of a line of the IVA Technologies phones – IVA-Phone is compatible to SIP of automatic telephone exchange practically of any producers, is intended for the organizations which are actively using telephone communication. For November, 2018 the device allows to set a conference communication session to 4 participants, is equipped with the LCD display with the resolution of 128×64 points, has the clear interface and the built-in switch.

The built-in module of cryptographic protection of LIRVPN is implemented on the OpenVPN protocol using the Russian cryptography and the recommendations of technical committee on standardization "Cryptographic information protection", allows to organize full VPN connection on the basis of TLSv1 protocols that provides confidentiality and integrity of the transmitted data between remote subscribers and also a possibility of differentiation of access control using certificates.

Authentication and access control are provided with USB devices with certificates of users. With their help the subscriber undergoes authorization and makes a call on another of a past authorization of the subscriber. The service information and voice data at such connection are completely protected. Possibilities of the IVA IP phone do model relevant for use by security agencies and state structures.
