Homax Group (ITAN: Management Balance)

Specialists of ITAN company completed the works on setup of the ITAN: Management Balance system regarding conducting management accounting according to account policy of "HOMAX GROUP". The product "the ITAN: Management Balance is integrated into working base "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management". Within setup of model of management accounting the following works are carried out:

• The chart of accounts and analytics of management accounting is configured.
• Compliances of managerial and accounting reference books are set.
• The model of reflection of the primary documents "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management" on management accounting is configured.
• Templates of special and procedural managerial transactions are filled: allocation of costs, closing of month, revaluation of currency.
• Completions of "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management" regarding cost accounting, for implementation of a technique of accounting at complete production cost value are executed.
• It is configured templates of financial statements: Managerial balance, the Profit and loss statement, the Report about cash flow.
• The user instructions for work with treasury are written.
• Users are trained.
• Works on trial operation of a new system of management accounting are started."

September, 2014 - October, 2014.

Specialists of ITAN company completed the works on management model setup as money under specifics of "HOMAX GROUP". Within setup of model the following works are carried out:

• The analytics of DDS and priorities of payments is configured.
• The budgeting model of DDS is configured.
• Types of payment transactions and requests are selected.
• The organizational structure and routes of vising of requests for payments is configured.
• The access levels to requests and sections of the budget of DDS are defined.
• The user instructions for work with treasury are written.
• Works on user training and trial operation of a new management system for money are started."
