2020: update "ITAN: Management Balance" and transfer of the management accounting model from 1C: UPP to 1C: ERP

Completed works:

• Control of the integrity of the source data and its correctness;
• Integration of the "ETHAN: Management Balance" system into the existing 1C: ERP;
• Testing the functioning of the management accounting model with the specifics of consolidation and budgeting in 1C: ERP.
• Comparison and reconciliation of management accounting data in the previous 1C: SCP and existing 1C: ERP;

Results obtained:

• Enhanced management accounting functionality;
• New capabilities of management accounting data processing, mapping and analysis;
• Improved ergonomics, simplicity and usability;
• It is possible to work in a single database "1C: ERP" + "ITAN: Management Balance"
• Improved real-time management transactions

ITAN has completed a project to automate consolidated management accounting at Nva Transformer Plant Volkhov. As part of this project, the specialists of "ITAN" set up management accounting, for the tasks of consolidation (elimination of VGO, verification of VGO) and solved the tasks of automatically obtaining consolidated management statements.

September 2015 - November 2015

The company "ITAN" completed the installation of a management accounting system in the "Nevsky Transformer Plant" Volkhov. "

The following works were carried out:

• Survey, writing technical proposal for management accounting of bases "1C: SCP" and "1C: Accounting."
• Set up exchanges and management accounting model.
• Integration with workbases.
• Writing instructions and training.
• Pilot operation.

As a result, operational and accounting data generate real-time management accounting reports. It was possible to generate the cost according to the full scheme, load data on atypical operations and quickly generate reporting, for making management decisions. "
