The company declares, Exa provides the high level of control over the flexible working schedule thanks to the configured module of management of workflow and the intellectual schedule.
New settings of the schedule depend on time allowed for the procedure that allows specialists to distribute rationally work on a priority in the period of special load. Several functions requested by clients of Exa will expand the functional range of the platform: now it will include simple visual hints and will allow to use different filters to the schedule.
Color coding of time allowed for the procedure will allow users to be guided easily in the schedule and to monitor time at each research. When time allowed for the procedure comes to an end, the platform gives the blinking signal which draws attention of the user and allows to correct the speed of holding a procedure not to deviate from the schedule.
Besides, users will be able to sort the schedule depending on the planned duration of procedures, and if necessary to make certain changes to it. The mechanism of work Exa allows to configure the platform under individual needs of the specialist: thanks to a user-friendly interface the user can distribute easily workflows to destination, to the type of insurance, time necessary on registration and capture of images and also by many other parameters.
As the vice president of Konica Minolta company Kevin Borden notes, innovations will help to increase efficiency in the field of medical visualization and to reduce costs that is especially relevant in modern health care which passes to thrifty model of production.[1]
